Return Policy
30 Day Return
If you are unsatisfied with your order within 30 days for any reason whatsoever, you can return the item(s) to us in the brand new condition for a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus the shipping cost (If order was shipped with free shipping less $9.95). In case of a spare part, it can’t be returned if installed to your mobile phone and it's working.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have already gone by since the time of your purchase.
Return Authorization
Please send us an email to cs@mobilegadgets.com.au, to get an authorization.
Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition you received it.
Return shipping
We don't cover the return shipping cost, except in the case of an exchange or store credit. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded if any, (if the order has been shipped).
Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages which have been mailed back to us under warranty or return. In this case, the customer is the shipper and it will be the only one who may file a lost claim to the shipping company that was involved. As such, any interaction regarding the lost claim must involve the customer and the shipping company.

Please understand that international transactions may take longer than usual to process. Depending on the method of payment, the arrival time may vary.

Items Damaged in Transit
If an item is found visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s), as well as providing us with the evidence as following:
1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;
2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item;
3. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.
Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.
Service and Repair Policies in Warranty Period
If any of the items you have purchased from us is found defective within 1 year from receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. Please kindly provide us with evidence as below: photos and videos of the defective item. After providing such information to the relevant sales manager and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for a repair
Before sending the item back, please note: Keep in mind that it's your responsibility to record and erase all information (e.g. texts, images, ringtones and contacts, etc.) from the phone or other items you return to us. Online Mobile Gadgets or any of our third-party repairers shall not be responsible for any personal information left in the phone or such other item and cannot guarantee that the personal information left in the phone or such other items will not be erased. The repair policy is detailed in the table below.

1.Tracking number for the returned parcel;
2.Model number of the returned item;
3.Detailed description of the problem for each item
4.Original Order number from Online Mobile Gadgets for each item
5. All parcels shall be sent back by post, or we won't sign to accept the parcel if any duties arises from shipping by any other express delivery method.

Final Sale Items
All personalized items or those designated as “All Sales Final” cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.
Do I need a return authorization (RA) number?
Yes. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number requested from and provided by Online Mobile Gadgets.
Can I return my product if it was purchased from another website or reseller?
We only accept returned items purchased from us directly. If you have purchased your product from a website other than mobilegadgets.com.au, you will need to contact them and follow their return policy. Policies vary by reseller.
